Quick Observation
Just a quick observation, but ever since I got Messenger Beta, I've noticed that it is extremely heavy on the system in comparison to Google Talk. I find that the Gtalk is extremely light, quickly opening up when it's called, and quickly going away when I close it. And the same goes for it's message windows too: they open up really quickly and it's the same case when closing them. This is, in my opinion, significant. I don't believe an instant messaging program should be such a down on the system.
And, yes, I do have Messenger Live. Compared to the MSN Messenger I used as my main IM client, they've seem to have cleaned it up a bit, but I still find it cluttered and such a pain to use. It just seems so unnecessarily complex. And I've also noticed that Microsoft is beginning to bring in small little design touches that they made in Vista. Most particularly, the buttons in the dialog boxes and such.
Well, anyway, if any of you want an invite to either Messenger Live or Gtalk, just give me a shout (for those that don't know my email address: kumaran.vijayan@gmail.com). Note: An invite to Google Talk is pretty much an invite to all of Google's services, which include Page Creator, Gmail, Google Homepage, etc... For a complete list of Google Services, see Google Labs. However, some of Google's services aren't integrated into the Google's little network, forcing you to make a new account with it (Blogger is one such service).

Hmm, well, Google doesn't seem to be aiming to be anything complex and go for all the features most IM's have. From what Google Talk I hear is like anyways. But sometimes, simple is just the way to go. In saying that, I haven't installed Google Talk yet. =P
Also, interesting change in colour for your blog background. While I like the blue, I think your blog looked nicer in white. Seems more..... Mac-ish. =P You know, fit you better.
I want to go for a grey look. But a nice tone of grey, like the grey used on the clickwheels for white iPods.
