USB Key
Today I bought myself a 2GB USB Key from OTV for $83. Great buy; it's small, fast (transfer speeds are the fastest I've experienced with any USB Key I've used) and even came with a lanyard and USB extension cable. It even has a lifetime warranty and a $10 mail-in rebate! Okay, well the $10 mail-in rebate is a little lame, but hey, at least I get some money back. :)
