High RAM Usage

Hmm. Is my RAM usage so high because of all the apps I'm running:
Regardless, I'm still not seeing any noticeable performance degradation. *sigh* It's nice having one and a half gigs of ram. :)

note: The apps that are running have black triangles under their icons.
