Max

So, we just got Sasktel Max yesterday. For those who don't know, Max is an Internet Service + Digital Cable Television + Phone connection. It's really quite nice. But we've been running into some problems.
We have 3 computers in the house: Mine, my brother's and the general family computer (mostly used by my mom and dad). After disconnecting our previous internet connection and then connecting the new one, we all restarted the network settings on our computers to start using Sasktel. We were all connected for about 5 minutes. Then my brother's computer just stopped connecting to the internet. Currently, my machine and the general family machine can still connect.
Sasktel gives us 4 IP addresses to use. Since we use a hub and not a router, we (should) use only 3 IP addresses. I thought the problem was maybe the set-top boxes. Since the set-top boxes actually connect to the network, I was thinking that maybe each set-top box used an IP address (we currently have two). But after calling Sasktel, they're saying that the set-top boxes use separate IP addresses that don't have anything to do with our IP's. Now we have no idea what the problem is. Sasktel said that they're getting engineers to get the thing sorted out.
